Meet Ciomara Cardona
Product Development & Quality Control Manager
Ciomara Cardona is a seasoned product developer and quality control manager at American Hairlines, a leading brand under the HairUWear umbrella. With over 35 years of experience in the hair replacement industry—18 of them with HairUWear—Ciomara specializes in custom hair replacement design for both men and women. Her expertise spans cross-brand development for other human hair brands, factory liaison responsibilities, and pioneering human hair testing.
She created the standard for human hair testing now used by American Hairlines and currently holds two patents pending with the U.S. Patent Office. Passionate about innovation and education, Ciomara enjoys teaching the intricacies of hair replacement. Outside of work, she finds joy in arts and crafts , painting and relaxing at the beach with her 2 black Labradors Sunny & Luna.
