Email Signature

Please follow these steps to set up your new email signature:

1. Select which office you are associated with.
2. Fill out your name, job title, email address, and phone numbers. *Please leave the department section blank
3. Once your information is entered, click “Install Signature” in the top right corner.
4. Scroll down until you see “Copy Signature to Clipboard”, click and select “Copy Signature”
5. If you are using the Outlook desktop app:
  1. Open Outlook app
  2. Select settings → signatures → edit
  3. Paste your new signature
  4. Click save
6. If you are using Outlook.com:
  1. Open Outlook.com
  2. Select settings → Mail → Compose and reply
  3. Paste your new signature
  4. Click save
  5. Under “Select default signatures”, select your new email signature
  6. Click save
